At. A.T.Kearney we work together in a selfless way to provide every colleague with full access to the best the company has to offer. We passionately care about the work and each other, and engage in open, honest and forthright communication. Finally we enable you to achieve life-long learning, professional fulfillment and long-term success.
If you are looking for a job in strategy consulting, it's important to choose the company with which you feel a good fit. The intense working together in project teams can only be successful and fun if you feel ‘at home'. We are looking for Masters degree students in the final phase of studies and professionals with business experience who can identify with the A.T.Kearney characterization as displayed above.
Furthermore it's important that you have the right skills:
- You should enjoy and be able to ‘crack the puzzle'. Great analytical skills are key in our jobs, in order to solve the complex client problems in a fact based way as fast as possible. We test you analytical skills and performance under (time) pressure during you application with cases
- You have to be able to communicate your findings, with colleagues and clients alike. We are looking for people who communicate easily and clearly and are able to really connect to others in all situations. This is key in getting things done and working together with different clients in different (corporate) cultures
To apply for a position as a consultant in the Amsterdam office, we have several requirements:
- VWO-level high school (or equivalent; e.g. international baccalaureate)
- Excellent academic track record (Master's degree)
Of course, we take the total package of grades, activities, your previous employment and your personality into consideration. For industry roles, your industry-specific expertise will also be taken into account. If several of these aspects make you stand out from the crowd, we would be happy to get in contact with you.
