(Senior) Business Analyst
Masters degree(with some relevant experience) Although Business Analysts (BAs) typically enter our European offices after finishing a Masters degree; the nature of these degrees varies, and includes business, engineering, or even liberal arts.
SBAs who join usually hold a Master degree and have 2-3 years of relevant experience.

They have a strong academic record, superior intellectual, analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication abilities and personal maturity.
An SBA is a BA who has gained experience, thus working on larger and more complex work streams than a BA. The SBA position builds upon all of the skills and aptitudes required for work at the BA level, and then pushes these strengths further to prepare you for the role of Associate.
Indispensable team member (S)BAs are indispensable team members, and their ideas and opinions are not only accepted, but also expected and crucial to solving our clients’ problems. You are responsible for finding critical information, developing quantitative models, performing complex analyses and doing interviews at the client. Your findings and contributions to team discussions will help A.T. Kearney to deliver lasting impact.
Grow faster than you could have dreamed of As (S)BA you will grow incredibly fast! You will undertake a broad range of activities for projects and internally. You might also travel abroad for projects or training.
You will gain experience in many industries, and functional practices. You’ll work for many different clients and get to know, interact and work together with various current and potential business leaders. You’ll be challenged to develop first-hand knowledge of the client’s strategic issues.

Next to your project work, you help with firm building. Examples include you organizing a recruitment event or Christmas party, enjoying the Summer Academy training week with international colleagues, help writing a proposal. Or you might be sharing Intellectual Capital about your last project with a Principal abroad who is working on something similar. This will help you gain experience besides the project work you do, which can help you succeed in the business world.
BA Academy During your first 4 months as a BA, you are assigned to 2 projects. During this period you can get a feel of what is expected of you in different settings. In the mean time we will provide you with the basic training that is necessary to build your skills, such as New Consultant Orientation, Excel, PowerPoint and Presentation skills.
