Getting you up to speed: New Consultants’ Orientation (NCO)

All new consultants in Europe starting as Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst and Associate meet for a week of training in one of our European offices. The course provides new hires with the basic consulting toolkit and improves their understanding of the consulting process. The training includes planning, analysis, hypothesis generation, problem-solving, and communication. This popular training event also allows you to meet interesting colleagues from all over Europe.

Kearney`s Operating Skills (KOPS)

Kearney Operating Skills (KOPS) – our very popular course in the forest of Ardennes in Belgium – helps you to gain personal mastery of the effective use of influencing skills in transformation situations. It focuses on how to deal with emotions – both your own and those of the people you are trying to influence, and provides training in how to communicate effectively in difficult situations. The course starts with a discussion of relationships, and how they impact our ability to deliver on engagements, especially change projects. You then examine your approach to influencing others, your relationships with clients, your ability to run effective meetings, and how best to take stakeholder positions into account.

A.T. Kearney Europe and Middle East annual Summer Academy

The Summer Academy is a European event that consists of high quality practice courses, focused on building and sharing skills, methodologies, and experience. Moreover, an entertaining package of social events has been set up to ensure that the Summer Academy will be both an intellectually and physically moving event. This year’s location is the West-Indisch Huis and the Marriott Renaissance Hotel in the city centre of Amsterdam, both great places to exchange ideas and meet colleagues from across Europe.

Kearney’s Rational and Incisive Speaker Program (KRISP)

KRISP develops individual presentation skills for use in formal presentation situations. The course examines your personal speaking style to identify and practice improvements within the context of A.T. Kearney’s formal method of presenting. You will also identify ways to adapt formal KRISP styles to fit with your own preferences in presenting, and will practice effective ways of handling questions and speaking off-the-cuff.
