Business Analyst
Candidates with a Masters degree and without previous work experience join A.T. Kearney as Business Analysts. There is no single standard for A.T. Kearney Business Analysts – they are a diverse group, with superior intellectual and communication skills. Most Business Analysts join us immediately after graduating from fields such as business, engineering, and liberal arts. Others join us after gaining industry experience elsewhere, studying abroad, or pursuing graduate work in areas other than business. In addition to a strong academic record, Business Analysts have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong quantitative skills, and personal maturity.

Senior Business Analyst
For individuals with either an advanced degree other than an MBA or a Masters degree plus several years of full-time relevant experience, the A.T. Kearney Senior Business Analyst position is an important bridge between that of Business Analyst and Associate. This position is designed to help individuals develop their talents while applying their relevant experience as they learn the discipline of management consulting.

Associate
Candidates with an MBA or equivalent degree join A.T. Kearney as an Associate. A.T. Kearney Associates are analytically adept, self-directed, team-oriented individuals who thrive on challenge. Most have three to five years of full-time relevant experience in addition to an MBA or another postgraduate degree. Associates are dedicated to continuous learning. They have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and adapt easily to new cultures. They are strong group facilitators as well as capable leaders and successful team players.
