An internship at A.T. Kearney gives you opportunities in a wide range of disciplines. As an intern you will work on real projects and you will be assigned a mentor helping you when needed.

The possibilities will differ depending on your availability and background and the possibilities which we are able to offer during this period. Top performers can earn the opportunity for full-time employment upon completing their course of study.

We are looking for bright, creative minds - with personalities to match our different approach. We're looking for people who combine intellectual curiosity and the ability to conceptualize with the practical ability to get things done - and who live this on a daily basis. Smart, driven personalities who want to let their character work for them to leave our clients better then they found them. Ideal candidates will have a strong record of academic achievement, excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and preferably one other language, and international experience. They will also have been engaged in relevant extracurricular activities. Leadership, facilitation skills and excellent analytical abilities are obviously an integral part of the desired skill set.

All interns are assigned to client projects and given responsibility for particular portions of the work. They participate in team meetings and interact with the client, therefore experiencing the day-to-day work of our consultants.

Lasting for two to three months, an internship is an ideal way to get to know you, and for you to get to know the consulting business.  This period will be a tremendous opportunity to connect with A.T. Kearney people from all over the world and to see what we are like
