Vision 20/15: Connect, lead, sustain
At our first partner meeting as a newly independent firm in 2007, we launched Vision 20/15. It is an outside-in perspective that looks to the external factors shaping our business environment, and it allows us to determine what we need to do today to better deliver on the needs of our clients in the years to come.
This vision directs our focus forward to a specific point in time, but it is also meant to inspire our organization to develop “better than perfect eyesight” for the future. Vision 20/15 is intended to be relevant and meaningful across all levels and functions within our firm in delivering our promise to clients and to one another.
